A former inmate, Precious Bernard, shared his story of being wrongfully imprisoned for three years for a crime he did not commit.
Bernard stated that in 2011, he was introduced to a company where he worked as a security guard after struggling to secure a job for years.
According to him, where he was posted to, his supervisor always worked hand-in-hand with criminals to steal the company’s properties.
Bernard recounted that on the night he was on duty, a group of criminals attempted to rob the company.
The criminals escaped, but Bernard, being the security guard on duty, was arrested. This event marked the beginning of his journey to prison.
