….Commends Akeredolu’s payment of public school students’ WEAC
Dr. Abiola Oshodi believes that the only way to reducing poverty in every household and ensuring capacity building is through massive investment in education as a tool that’s proven effective over and over again in enhancing human capacity developments hence his interest in the sector.
Abiola Oshodi Foundation has helped hundreds of students to achieve their dreams by awarding them scholarships and bursaries. Considering the number of private schools in *Ose Local Government area* and the hardship in the town, *Dr. Oshodi* has paid the West African Examinations Council fees of more than sixty (60) selected students in the Local Government. This is in line with the State Government’s policy intervention in Public Schools.
Dr. Oshodi commends the State Government for leading by example and urged the students who benefited from both State Government and Dr. Abiola Oshodi WAEC fees payment in both Public and Private schools to take the opportunity seriously and come out with flying colors, as the mandate of the foundation for year 2022 is to offer more scholarship supports in STEM courses. Dr AbIola Oshodi foundation therefore call for strategic partnerships with parents and academia towards the attainment of sustainable STEM education in Ose/Owo federal constituency.
Importantly, the gesture is believed will help to raise the bar of ranking of Ose local government from its current status.
