Nasir Adhama, The Senior Special Assistant to The President on Youth and Students Affairs and Hon.Comr Blessing Akinsolotu, President, Nigeria Youth Congress (NYC) for their examplary roles and painstaking efforts in advancing the welfare of the Nigerian Youth.
