Akingboye Promises Conducive Environment For Indigenous And Foreign investment

Worried by low level of indigenous and foreign investments in Ondo State, Otunba Bamidele Akingboye (OBA), Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leading gubernatorial aspirant has promised Ondo indigenes home and abroad as well as foreign investors a conducive investment environment if elected as Governor.

The business tycoon in a strategic online meeting with his Media Crew this afternoon, Thursday, 16th April, 2020, explained that there are many successful people from Ondo state living abroad with multi-million dollar investments over there; promising to woo them to replicate such at home, if elected to pilot the affairs of the state.

He said “When I look at the array of investments owned by Ondo indigenes across the globe, and our government still complains of not getting enough resources to transform the state, I realize a lot of misplacements of priorities. All the government needs to do is to create an enabling environment to attract our brothers to invest at home”

Otunba, further assured that if elected into office as Governor, he would upgrade all existing markets, create commerce centres and terminals, build more modern malls and markets, resuscitate and develop industries across the state.

“Land titles for investors shall be obtained within the shortest possible time, application for residential land allocation will be treated with the greatest dispatch and the state shall once again be made a leading Centre for Commerce, Trade and Industry in Nigeria.” He promised

Akingboye is confident that by the time he is allowed govern Ondo state, hundreds of households will have their lives transformed and dreams accomplished.

“The economy of the sunshine state will be transformed while Ondo takes her proper place as a leader in the comity of States in Africa
