Psalm 77:19 KJV.
“Thy way is in the sea, and thy path in the great waters, and thy footsteps are not known”.
*MESSAGE*
☆☆☆ This is another scripture that we really need the help of the Holy Spirit to understand.
☆☆☆ The bible says here that our God has his ways in the sea and a path (a way out) in the great waters.
☆☆☆ Each time the word “sea” is used figuratively, it means a large number, or a large quantity or a multitude.
☆☆☆ For example, you will hear a phrase like “a sea of heads”. The “sea” as used here connotes multitudes.
☆☆☆ When “waters” also is used as a figure of expression, it refers to a state of affairs or crisis; usually indicating an adverse conditions such as “storms”.
☆☆☆ For example, When the bible says in Isaiah 43:2 👇
“When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee” – Isaiah 43:2.
☆☆☆ This actually refers to a condition of storms or floods of life.
☆☆☆ Now back to our main scripture for today, when you now merge “thy way is in the sea” together with “thy path in the great waters”; you might get something like: God has his way in the multitude of storms. He can also make a road through any flood.
☆☆☆ Most times, we run away from storms. Unknown to us, in that storm lies the way to our breakthrough and success in life.
☆☆☆ All we need do is to ask God for divine intervention.
☆☆☆ That was exactly what Moses did at the Red Sea.
☆☆☆ The bible recorded 👇
“And with the blast of thy nostrils the waters were gathered together, the floods stood upright as an heap, and the depths were congealed in the heart of the sea” – Exodus 15:8.
☆☆☆ Beloved, in the storms of life, God can make ways where none ever existed.
☆☆☆ He will not only make ways but rides through the sea (with us) on his horses and through the heaps of great waters.
“Thou didst walk through the sea with thine horses, through the heap of great waters” – Habakkuk 3:15.
☆☆☆ There is no storm that is strange to God. The bible says 👇
“Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou had formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God” – Psalm 90:2.
☆☆☆ Beloved, those challenges you are facing now are not strange to God.
☆☆☆ He had resolved similar and greater challenges in the past and he will surely settle yours too.
☆☆☆ All you need do is to believe and trust God that your current challenges shall birth your testimonies and it will surely happen.
☆☆☆ According to our main scripture for today, the bible says, “…thy footsteps are not known”.
☆☆☆ This is because since we cannot see his footsteps, we are afraid and never knew he had been there with us in the storm all along.
“When thou passes through the waters, I will be with thee…” – Isaiah 43:2.
☆☆☆ Beloved, burried and hidden inside every failure is success.
☆☆☆ And God has the ability to turn your failures to success.
☆☆☆ When man gives up on you, God will neither give up nor forsake you.
☆☆☆ His plan and purpose for your life will surely come to pass.
■ ■ ■ Olusegun Obasanjo was put in prison but he came out of the prison to become the president of Nigeria.
■ ■ ■ Nelson Mandela was in prison for 27 years but he too came out to become the president of South Africa.
■ ■ ■ Your case is not hopeless beloved, you are coming out of those challenges stronger and better.
☆☆☆ Please don’t give up beloved, your miracle is on the way.
☆☆☆ You will surely testify in Jesus name.
*PRAYERS*
1. Oh God my father, please step into the storm of my life and cross me to the other side successfully.
2. Father, I trust in your ability Lord; please let my testimonies silence those waiting to mock me.
3. In the name of Jesus, I command every storm of my life to become the express road to my breakthrough.
4. Oh God my creator, please convert my past failures to success in Jesus name.
■■■ Peter lost every hope to feed his family but God stepped in and his breakthrough started.
5. Father, turn my financial mess to a message of success and breakthrough in Jesus name.
6. I refuse to bow to the challenges of life and I refuse to give up at the point of my breakthrough.
7. Father, it is my turn to be blessed, please remember me today Lord.
8. Send me divine help Lord and turn my reproach to testimonies.
9. Jesus, you rescued Peter from his storm, please rescue me from every storm rocking my boat.
10. I am an overcomer Lord, please see me through.
*PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS*
I pray for somebody today, in the journey through the storms of life, may his presence see you through in Jesus name.
I decree, the Lord shall make ways for you through that flood that you are passing through now in Jesus name.
I prophesy, you shall not be drowned in the waters of life in Jesus name.
Jesus walked on the waters. I prophesy, you shall walk through the waters of life to your breakthrough and success in Jesus name.
Because Jesus overcame, you shall also overcome.
In that stormy situation, I prophesy, there shall be calm in Jesus name.
You will not be swallowed up by those storms tossing your life to and fro.
Your case will end in praise in Jesus name.
You will surely testify and celebrate in Jesus mighty name.
