Just In : Local Government Chairman gift 50k to Aides and council workers as Christmas bonus
The workaholic chairman of Ivo local government area, Hon. Chief Ajah Emmanuel Ogbonna, in usual humanitarian dispositions has once again positioned himself to putting smiles on the face of many families this Christmas season, specially to caution the effect of downplay in economic situation and hike in prices of food materials associated with yuletide seasons.
The distribution was focused and monitored to reaching the poorest of the poor in various communities of the Council, to benefit from the humanely service of the council Chairman who pioneered the sharing formula including: staff’s, workers, wards through Counsellors and party Chairmen, groups, villages Chairmen, aides and adhoc, individuals and others, shared in such a way no one will be left out.
As part of his spirited mood to properly activate yuletide celebration in the environment, he give out the sum of 50k to workers, paid bonuses to aides, others and acknowledged other individuals.
The council chairman was quick to note, “my sole aim is to see smiles on the face of my people especially now the hardship in economy has become troubles to common man”.
