Ahead of festive season – local Government chairman begin renovations of roads and installations of security lights
Keeping to his objectives in road network and infrastructural growth of the Council and in tandem to his administrative agenda’s circled in the “24/7 mandate of service delivery” to his people, the workaholic Council Chairman of Ivo local government area, our very “Vanguard Of Peace and Conflict Resolution” Hon. Chief Ajah Emmanuel Ogbonna (Confirm) yet again stepped-in in handling the deteriorating nature of the road system across communities in the council.
This involves immediate commencement of Road grading, Asphalting, filling of pot holes and controlling the drainage system where necessary, hence to drastically end predictable road accidents that has reoccurring tendency in some of this areas.
The yuletide seasons necessitated the immediate commencement of work ongoing in the area, starting from Amonye village in Ishiagu.
While supervising the ongoing work, extend installation of security solar system in some areas, ensuring nightlife is not at bay as a result of darkness.
