Chief Walter Ubaka Okeke (Nwachinaemelu na Nanka) A Frontline Peoples Democratic Party aspirant in the forthcoming Anambra Gubernatorial election has condemned the killings of security officers attached to Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, Apga Candidate in isuofia during his parley with Youths.*
Chief Walter Okeke (Igwurube Aguata) described the gruesome killings of the security officers as a dastardly act which must be condemned by well meaning Anambrarians.
He commiserated with the Anambra State Police Command and the families of the deceased over the loss of the serving officers.
*In his words, “Ndi Anambra, Umu nnem, We are peaceful and law abiding People, this period of charged political atmosphere calls for vigilance and Patriotism ensuring that Anambra remains peaceful” he said.*
Recall that Chief Walter had earlier warned against violence before and after the forthcoming Gubernatorial Election.
He further called for investigation to unravel and arrest those Behind the killings.
Igwurube Aguata further urged Governor Willie Obiano to deploy all possible Security measures to guarantee a peaceful and conducive Anambra State.
