BE CAREFUL OF THAT SATANIC BITE – Pastor Isaac Olutimehin

TEXT
Ecclesiastes 10:8 KJV.
“He that diggeth a pit shall fall into it; and whoso breaketh an hedge, a serpent shall bite him”.
MESSAGE
āāā This verse is very similar to Proverbs 26:27 which says ????
“Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein: and he that rolleth a stone, it will return upon him” – Proverbs 26:27.
āāā Both verses are talking about the digger of a pit entering into the pit he has dug.
āāā However, the second part of each of the two verses discloses the difference between them.
āāā Beloved, do you know that God has set a limit, a boundary, an hedge; for all his children that must neither be exceeded nor broken!!!
āāā There are certain things that are lawful for you to do as a child of God but which may not be expedient for you.
āāā Paul said ????
“All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not” – 1 Corinthians 10:23.
āāā Beloved, when you begin to do certain things that are not expected of you by God, you have broken an hedge and the serpent will surely bite.
āāā It is true that no weapon formed or fashioned against you shall prosper, Isaiah 54:17.
āāā However, if you break the hedge, that verse will be rendered powerless.
āāā The implication of this statement is that, when a man breaks an hedge, he has dug a pit for himself which he must surely fall into.
āāā Beloved, any child of God who does things contrary to the will of God, is digging a pit for himself and he will surely fall into it.
āāā If you are experiencing a continuous affliction in your life, you need to examine yourself; it could be that you have broken an hedge.
āāā Any child of God who steps out of the limit set by God, is stepping into the waiting teeth of the serpent, ready to bite.
āāā Hear this beloved, any where there is a thou shall not in the word of God and you turn it to thou shall which you begin to do, you have broken an hedge; then be expecting the bite of the serpent.
āāā For the bible says ????
Can a man take fire in his bosom, and his clothes not be burned? Can one go upon hot coals, and his feet not be burned? – Proverbs 6:27-28.
āāā If a man commits adultery or fornication, for example, he has broken an hedge; thereby exposing himself for the serpent to bite.
āāā If you steal, by illegally converting for your use what belongs to your neighbour, you have broken an hedge and the snake will surely bite.
āāā The snake won’t just bite you alone but this may extend to your children’s children. Learn from the story of Gehazi. Read 2 Kings 5:20-27.
āāā Note verse 27, the leprosy of Naaman came upon Gehazi and all his descendants. Today, every leper is a descendant of Gehazi.
āāā If you sit on the rights and privileges of anyone, using your position to oppress; you have broken an hedge and the snake will be too eager to bite.
āāā Beloved, do you know that if you back bite your neighbour or bear false witness against your fellow, an hedge has been broken!!!
āāā The list is endless.
āāā The danger in all these is that, the serpent is always too eager to bite at the shortest invitation, through carelessness.
āāā When the serpent bites, it is a poisonous bite; thereby polluting the one stable and focused life.
āāā Beloved, the best way to avoid every satanic bite is not to romance the devil.
āāā Anything that is not too bad is already bad. Flee.
āāā No wonder the bible warns ????
Abstain from all appearance of evil” – 1 Thessalonians 5:22.
āāā The reason why most people fall into the trap of the devil is that, Satan will never come to you as devil, he will always come as a friend.
āāā Remember the devil’s encounter with Eve in the garden of Eden. He appeared friendly but one thing led to the other, then Adam and Eve fell.
āāā Sin looks so harmless and attractive in the beginning but at the end, it’s very destructive.
āāā Sin is a Sinker of destiny.
āāā S-I-N means ????
āā Success in nothing.
āā Simple instructions neglected.
āā Shinning in nonsense.
āā Sickness is needed.
āā Seriousness in Negativity.
āāā The list is endless beloved, you can even add yours.
PRAYERS
1. Please Lord, help me not send invitation to the devil as I journey through life.
2. Father, whatever is in my life that can open the door for any satanic bite, please uproot same from my life today.
3. My father and my creator, give me the discerning spirit to understand satanic devices and flee.
4. Help me Lord not to submit myself as food for the devil.
5. In the name of Jesus, I will not unconsciously sacrifice the future of my children on the altar of the devil.
6. I shut the door of my life against every satanic advances in Jesus name.
7. Devil, you will die of hunger because I am no food for the devil.
8. Oh God my father, don’t allow me to ignorantly submit my treasury into the hands of the devil.
9. Devil, you have failed over my life, over my children and family in Jesus name.
10. I will not partner with the devil to afflict my life.
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS
I pray for someone out there and I decree, you will not break the hedge set for you by God.
May you not open up the door of your life for the serpent to bite in Jesus name.
I decree and declare, you will not consciously or unconsciously dig the pit into which your destiny will be buried.
May you not burry the future of your children through careless sins in Jesus name.
I pray for a particular individual reading this prayer message, the Lord will open your eyes to the danger in what you have been doing secretly, thereby opening the door of your marriage to affliction.
Receive the grace to stop afflicting yourself.
To another individual I decree, you will not use your own hands to kill and burry your star.
You are no food for the devil and your life will not become a prey to the enemy in Jesus name.
I decree, you will not use your hands to set the table and offer your life as a meal for the devil to eat.
I decree and declare, every serpent waiting to feed on you shall die of hunger in Jesus mighty name.
