Ivo Council Boss Approves immediate Reconstruction of Damaged Culverts to prevent Accidents
Haven constructed several culverts and rehabilitated some rusted out culverts across the council specially along the access road to prevent aforeseen accident, which could lead to damage of vehicle or loss of life.
Hence the need to immediate intervention after a call and appeal by some concerned persons to general illustrious sons and daughters of the community, not untill the attention was drawn to the workaholic chairman, Hon. Chief Ajah Emmanual Ogbonnaya (Confirm), a compassionate leader who drives pleasure in effective and efficient service delivery.
Thus, during his mapped schedule to visit some ongoing projects across the council as usual routine, decried the need to immediate commencement of work to ensuring safety of road users.
Recall, the executive chairman of Ivo local government area has attracted national award, out of his magnanimous dispositions as the best in “Infrastructural Developments and Humanitarian services” across the 774 council in federal Republic of Nigeria.
While, inspecting the possibility of reconstructing a new culvert, plead the people never to allow such a dilapidated level of any kind to avoid casualties, “we are the god of life when we prevent what is preventable, I beg you any infrastructure that is damaged and can cause deadly damage to the people of the society should not be hesitated in reaching my table, we are generally working for the bettering of life and not for positions”
