After Handing Over To Gov Fubara, I Did Not Believe What I Saw On The Road – Wike
Nyesom Wike said, “After handing over the reins of leadership to your Excellency, Siminalayi Fubara, the current Governor of the state, I could not believe what I saw on the road,” at a lavish celebration held in Rivers State in honor of the former governor of the state.
Wike said that after a thunderous welcome from his people while traveling, he realized that they really do love him.
He added that he is proud to be an Ikwere man and to be from the local government of Obiakpo. However, he expressed his gratitude to the governor for attending his lavish celebration to honor him.
According to him, “Today, you have come here to officially attend with an official assignment, which I will consider you to have carried out today, which is to attend our reception. May God Almighty bless you. I’m humbled by my reception by my people and the Obiakpo local government.”
