Dominion Women Intl lauds Uzodimma on Chukwukere’s appointment, adopts him for 2nd term
A reputable organization, Dominion Women International, Imo State Chapter, within the week paid a congratulatory visit to Hon. Chief Ezekiel Chukwukere (I Know This Man) to thank the governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodimma, for appointing their Patron as his Special Adviser on University of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences (UAES) Umuagwo, Ohaji.
Dominion Woman International is a registered organization founded in 2014 by Hon. Ijeoma Chikwe. The organization is made up of Women of like minds cutting across the 27 LGA of Imo State, who believe in working hard, perseverance, care giving, charity, support for good governance.
Welcoming the women, Chukwukere commended them for adopting the governor as their sole candidate for the upcoming governorship election in Imo State, adding that the only way to show their loyalty is to go to their various wards and mobilize support for the governor for his re-election.
While presenting to them the governor’s giant strides, as way of convincing them in their determination to be part of the numerous teams that are in a journey of returning the governor to Douglas House in the November 11 2023 election, he appreciated them greatly for the prayers and wishes they render unto him, as well as thanking some of his colleagues, APC faithful and others who joined him to receive the women.
Earlier in his speech, the leader of the group, Hon. Dominion Ijeoma Chikwe, explained that the reason for their visit was to thank the governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodimma for appointing a God fearing and determined goal getter who is not associated with failure as his Special Adviser on University of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, Umuagwo, Ohaji.
She affirmed that Dominion Women have it as a tradition to engage in periodic prayer meetings to seek the face of God and contribute to create a rancour free society by helping each other build a godly organization. She revealed that the organization has provided financial assistance to some of their needy members by starting small scale businesses for them, as well as offset hospital bills of some members.
“Special Adviser to the Governor on UAES Umuagwo, Ohaji, Sir, having you as our Patron all these years is a plus to the growth of this noble organization. This is because it will give us the much needed opportunity to work hand in clove with our Governor as his core supporters and help us solve a number of the challenges facing us”, she asserted.
The high point of the visit was the endorsement and adoption of Senator Hope Uzodimma as their sole candidate for the November 11, 2023 guber election in Imo State.
