APC – 21,372 votes
Labour Party – 18,296 votes
APGA – 10,441
PDP – 8,711
SDP – 6,422
ADC – 6,409
YPP – 212
NNPP – 99
PRP – 21
ZLP – 12
NRM – 6
Void votes – 46
That Amadi Akarachi Etinosa of party APC, having satisfied the requirements of the law and scored highest number of votes is hereby declared winner and returned elected.
