Tinubu COS: Barr Ramatu Shehu Atta Recommends Hon James Faleke as preferred Chief Of Staff to Tinubu
We are one of the support groups which worked assiduously for the victory of the President-elect, RSA 4 Asiwaju. We are calling for support and recommending for, the emergence of Honourable James Abiodun Faleke (JAF) as the Chief of Staff to the President-elect. This view was expressed by the founder and Convener of the group, Barr. Ramatu Shehu Atta after her deliberation with the members.
In a statement released by the Barrister to some our Heritage Reporters in Abuja yesterday, Friday, she eulogised Honourable Faleke for exhibiting uncommon leadership skills in managing the Tinubu Support Group(TSG) and then the APC Presidential Campaign Council(APC/PCC) which was a replica of the diverse people of Nigeria.
She listed the qualities of Honourable Faleke who served as the Secretary of the PCC to include thorough organisational capacity, effective communication and management of information flow within and without the council secretariat as well as being an effective goal keeper on behalf of his principal. He displayed total loyalty and commitment to his principal that is second to none. When the presidential project was threatened with turbulence and waves, he remained focused and galvanised the team to remain resolute, unperturbed and together. Great leaders are made at the time of turbulence. Honourable Faleke’s eyes remained fixed on the ball with full attention. Not even the persistent call by his people(of Kogi) to vie for the position of the Governor of the state and he would have enjoyed our blessings as well, swayed him. He sacrificed this golden opportunity in quest to realise the ambition of his principal.
RSA is then calling on all lovers of Asiwaju to rally round support for Honourable Faleke and persuade the President-elect to picked him as the Chief of Staff in the incoming administration because he has earned it. Honourable Faleke has the emotional intelligence to handle the requirements of the office of Chief of Staff and the human traffic that will be experienced besides directing the internal staff of the presidency that he will relate with. His effective handling of the PCC has given him an added advantage of meeting and knowing quite a number of the members of party ranging from the chieftains; their level of commitment to the success of the party, the account of how the election was fought and won. We believe that he equally understands properly the dispositions of his principal, the expectations of the office and will certainly be successful with his communication, management and leadership skills that he had deployed in his capacity as the Secretary of PCC. He strived well under pressure and balanced the counterbalancing forces positively to the admiration of the generality of members of the party.
RSA added that the knowledge of the diversity of the country, his network of friends across the length and breadth of the country including his political sagacity will deepen his capacity to discharge the responsibilities of the office effectively and add value to good governance under Asiwaju presidency. She concluded that the office of chief of staff under Honourable JAF, will align the interest of the presidency, balance the chain of good governance with the global best practices, facilitates smooth interrelationship between government officials, coordinate different arms of government and the good of all citizens by GOD’s Grace. Hon. JAF grew from the grassroots, worked with the grassroots (he knows those who genuinely commited their energy, time and resources for the love of the country and emergence of our President-elect) and accordingly he is grounded, fit and a proper person to occupy the exalted office of chief of staff under the incoming administration
