Ooni of Ife, Olowo of Owo, others felicitate Danny Young at wedding
It was indeed a glamorous ceremony as afropop star, Ajibola Danladi, aka Danny Young, got married to his medical doctor bride, Remilekun Kusimo, recently.
The ceremony began at the Four Points By Sheraton Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos; where the lovebirds were joined together. This was followed by a classy engagement and reception at the Royal Oaks Event Centre, Lekki, Lagos.
The host royal father of the day was the Olowo of Owo, Oba Ajibade Ogunoye III, who led the Ogunoye Dynasty of Owo, to the event.
Some of the prestigious guests at the event were the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi; Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atunwase-II; Olupele of Ipele, Oloba of Uso; Asuada of Isuada; Oliyere of Iyere; Olupenmen of Upenmen and Alale of Idasen.
Other dignitaries were the Group Managing Director of Zenith Bank, Ebenezer Onyeagwu; First Bank Group Executive and Executive Director, Uru Eke; and Chairman/CEO of JOF Limited, Segun Olugboyegun.
Meanwhile, Bayo Adeyemi and Babatunde Oguntimenhin, led chiefs from Owo kingdom to the occasion.
The event was also attended by Chief Adebayo (ShopRite), Jumoke Anifowose (nee Ajasin), Osula of Ehinogbe and Ufanja of Ulofi.
There were also performances by entertainers such as Kenny Blaq, Styl Plus, Peruzzi, Korede Bello, Seyi Law, Sean Tizzle and CDQ.
