In less than two years In office as the Governor of Ondo state,one could easily commeds Governor Aiyedatiwa’s style of leadership,not only in terms of achievements or setting of New records for the development of the state but in the area of breeding new face especially the youths for future leadership roles.

A very good example is Hon. Kevin Solomon Olaolu, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Students Affairs, this is a man who has on displayed perfect spirit of leadership at length on different occasions ranging from his political, community and students engagements in the last one year.
The spirit of the father is always expected to feature on a Non-bastard child, such is a replicate of Governor Aiyedatiwa’s leadership style in Hon. Kevin Solomon Olaolu.
Since his emergence as Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on students Affairs, students union crises both at the state and local level have become a thing of the past, initially, students union elections are always marned by heavy unethical crises, but all is now history as we have a sensible sheriff in affairs of ondo state students.
In terms of community and people engagements, Hon. Kevin Solomon Olaolu’s impact on governance and community development remains a source of inspiration for people around him, only an empty drum makes noice, this is the case of KSO as his popularly called, his actions on most time speaks volume than his voice.
Politicians are believed to be deceitful, they can easily promise and fail, but Kevin Solomon Olaolu have been well assessed and certified to be a perfect and different person from the politicians we use to know in our society of today.
We must applaud Governor Aiyedatiwa genuinely for empowering a selfless individual of Hon. Kevin Solomon Olaolu’s nature for leadership role and at the same time urge the Governor to better keep on the acceleration for a bigger role.
