2Baba removes love declaration for Natasha Osawaru from Instagram
Music Icon, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has stirred fresh controversy after deleting a love-filled post about the Deputy Majority Leader of the Edo State House of Assembly. Natasha Irobosa Osawaru.
2Baba on Wednesday shared a video on Instagram professing his love for Natasha and expressing his desire to marry her. However, he quickly took down the post after it gained widespread attention.
In the video, he said, “Yes, I love her. She’s amazing, she’s cool. I want to marry her.”
He also clarified that he and his ex-wife, Annie Macaulay Idibia, remain on good terms despite their split, “Annie and I are not fighting, we are not quarrelling. We have a good understanding of ourselves and what’s going on.”
Addressing speculation that Natasha was responsible for the fallout in his marriage, 2Baba firmly defended her, “Honourable Natasha has been through a lot. She’s been called all sorts of names. She is a young, brilliant, amazing woman and has nothing to do with what’s happening between Annie and me. But I see people trying to drag her into everything.”
With his public declaration of love and his divorce unfolding within just two weeks, many fans suspect this might be a publicity stunt.
Adding to the speculation, Natasha has denied any romantic involvement with the music star.
