NAOSS Ibadan Polytechnic Chapter Pays Courtesy Visit to SSA on Student Affairs, Seeks Collaboration
Hon. Kevin Solomon Olaolu, the Senior Special Assistant to Ondo State Governor on Students Affairs, received in his office the delegation of National Association of Ondo State Students (NAOSS), The Polytechnic Ibadan Chapter.
The NAOSS delegation was led by its President, Comrade Olulooro Emmanuel (Melody), alongside the welfare director. The courtesy visit aimed at fostering a stronger partnership and collaboration with the Office of the SSA to ensure that Ondo State students at The Polytechnic, Ibadan benefit from the dividends of democracy and gain increased access to student-centered initiatives and programs.
In response, Hon. KSO appreciated NAOSS, TPI Chapter for recognizing the efforts of his office and for taking the initiative to establish a meaningful engagement. He reiterated his commitment to student welfare and assured the association of his unwavering support in future initiatives.
“The responsibility His Excellency, Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has assigned to me is clear; ensuring the well-being of Ondo State students remains a top priority. The Governor has a deep interest in student development, and I am fully committed to executing his vision for the student community,” Hon. KSO stated.
During the meeting, Comrade Olulooro Emmanuel, on behalf of the association, commended Hon. KSO for his outstanding performance in office, noting that his administration has set a new standard in student representation and welfare. The president described him as the best-performing SSA on Student Affairs, emphasizing that his leadership has positively impacted the student community across various institutions.
The meeting concluded with a mutual understanding to strengthen communication and collaboration between the SSA’s office and NAOSS, The Polytechnic Ibadan Chapter, paving the way for sustainable student-friendly policies and initiatives.
