Ondo Comrades urge the Governor to shun infiltrators, drum up support for Mrs. Omowumi Isaac.
There is, however, a huge lacuna between constructive criticism and baseless disparagement.
How do we justify actions that seek to trivialize the patriotic and dutiful public servant. It is salient to recognize that unwarranted attacks on the commissioner of Finance and the governor by some uncircumcised elements claiming to be contractors and Ilaje youths isn’t only baseless but injurious to normality. These writers remained obstinate in their erroneous assertions aimed at misinforming the general public.
Recently, the commissioner for finance dutifully fulfilled her statutory responsibilities by saying Ondo state will not borrow in the next four years, that Ondo state finance will be guided firmly, that all the paddled money will not be paid out without proper evaluation.
She is also planning to help in facilitating Innovation center for all ondo state youths. All these improvements in the ministry were regrettably met with unwarranted attack by the “Jegudu jeras”.
What is most disheartening and injurious is the audacity with which some youths forum want to personalize Mr Governor. The Governor is for the good people of Ondo state for how long will we continue to condone intellectual rascality under disguise of he is from our clan?
Some persons who claimed to be family members and friends to the governor whose employment status remains somewhat unclear, sought to trivialize the efforts of Mr governor and the honorable commissioner of Finance. This attempt, driven by either ignorance or an ill-conceived agenda, not only reflected a lack of understanding but also a troubling disregard for Mr Governor. It is better to dwell in the wilderness than with a contentious and “Friend-enemy”
We coalition of ondo state youths collectively condemn the biennale of some of these people and not to cause unrest in our dear sunshine state. The Governor belong to us all we remain resolute to support the betterment of this administration.
