Chief Olufemi Omosanya Congratulates Governor Aiyedatiwa, Adelami, says Appeal Court judgement reaffirms the Will of Ondo state people
The commissioner representing Ondo state at the Federal Character Commission Abuja, Chief Olufemi Omosanya has congratulated the Government, Governor and Deputy Governor of Ondo State, Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa and Hon. Olayide Adelami on the appeal court victory.
The congratulatory message was in a statement released to our heritage reporter on Tuesday evening via Telephone conversation, descring the judgement as a true reaffirmation of the people’s will.
According to chief Omosanya, I want to congratulate the Governor and Deputy Governor of Ondo state whose victory in the November 16th 2024 gubernatorial election has been affirmed by the Appeal Court of Nigeria.
This, again, is a victory for the people of Ondo state and for democracy in our country, the verdict truly reflects the will of Ondo state people.
Challenging a massive victory of the election outcome was just a waste of time and resources for the opposition fold, landslide victory across eighteen local Government areas really shows the genuine love of the people for Governor Aiyedatiwa and his Deputy, chief Olufemi Omosanya Said.
He however call on the candidate of the PDP, Hon. Agboola Ajayi to accept the judgement in good faith in the interest of the people and the state as a whole, let’s come together and develop Ondo state irrespective of out political differences, the interest of the state should supercede individual interest, Chief Omosanya noted.
