Hon. KSO Congratulates Ondo State LG Election Winners, Commends Governor, Security Agencies, and Electorate for peaceful conducts
Hon. Kevin Solomon Olaolu, the Senior Special Assistant to the Ondo State Governor on Student Affairs, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to all the newly elected Chairmen and Councillors across the 18 Local Government Areas of Ondo State following the successful conclusion of the Local Government Elections held today.
Hon. KSO, in his congratulatory message, used Hon. Amuda Semiu Temidayo, the Councillor-elect from Afo Ward 1, his hometown, as a point of contact to felicitate with all the APC councillors elected in the polls. He also celebrated Hon. Barr. Clement Kolapo Ojo, the Chairman-elect of Ose Local Government, as a symbolic representation of his good wishes to all APC Chairmen-elect across the state.
He lauded the Governor of Ondo State, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for his unwavering commitment to democracy and grassroots development. According to Hon. KSO, the Governor’s proactive measures in ensuring the seamless conduct of the election showcased exemplary leadership. “Your Excellency’s steadfast support for the democratic process and grassroots representation has once again affirmed your dedication to the betterment of Ondo State,” he stated.
Furthermore, Hon. KSO appreciated the security agencies for their professionalism and dedication, which ensured the election was conducted in a peaceful and secure atmosphere. He emphasized the importance of their role in maintaining order and guaranteeing that voters exercised their rights without fear or intimidation.
“The successful conduct of this election is a testament to the diligence and preparedness of our security operatives. Their effort to uphold peace and protect democracy deserves commendation,” he said.
He also expressed profound gratitude to the electorate for their active participation and peaceful conduct during the election. He applauded their decision to come out en masse to vote for credible leaders who would steer the affairs of their respective local governments towards growth and development.
