Hon. Landmark flags off a lifetime youth empowerment programme
The lawmaker representing the good people of Ondo East Constituency at the State House of Assembly and Deputy Majority Leader,Hon. Olamide Adesanmi Oladiji,Landmark,flagged off a lifetime youth empowerment programme in Ondo East Local Government Area of Ondo State on Thursday 4th August,2022 at the Civic Centre,Bolorunduro,Ondo East.
According to him,”this flag-off is an important step taken to continue my stewardship as your representative by bringing home a preventive measure to curb persistent criminal activities which have now become a source of worry to our country and its citizens.”
“I want to let you know that the training will run for two weeks and at the end of the training,certificates and valid ID Cards will be issued on CCTV Installation to the beneficiaries who are all indigenes of Ondo East Local Government.”
The flag-off ceremony was declared open by Prof. Akinnawo,who described Hon. Olamide Oladiji as a great man with great ideas.
The Executive Chairman of Ondo East Local Government Council,Hon. Akinkuotu Wale,aka Sir Little,applauded the Deputy Majority Leader of Ondo State House of Assembly,for bringing such professional program to his constituency being the luckiest among others. He added that Ondo East indigenes were so lucky to have a passionate representative.
The Chairman of Ondo East All Progressives Congress,Hon. Fredrick Otemuyiwa,eulogized Hon. Oladiji,Landmark,as the best lawmaker Ondo East has ever produced. In addition,he urged the beneficiaries to ensure they re-elect him in 2023 for him to keep representing the constituency in the State House of Assembly.
During the flag-off ceremony,His Royal Majesty,Oba Isaac Akinkuade,the Yangede of Epe Land,congratulated the beneficiaries,who he said will not only receive certificates but also acquire skills that will enable them to be independent for life.
In his closing remarks,Hon. Oladiji,Landmark,thanked all the dignitaries and other important people who graced the occasion.
