Stop lying, You’re fighting for yourself and not Wike – Ekiti group tells Fayose.
Mr Fayose has been advised to stop gallivanting all over the news and social media selling dummies to the public by claiming that he is fighting for Wike against, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
Ekiti PDP Heritage in a release on Thursday, through his coordinator Hon Johnson Adedara said, it is on record that Mr Fayose never wanted Atiku Abubakar and he took several outrageous steps in his attempts to stop him from becoming the candidate of the PDP.
‘The same Mr Fayose, who never wanted the emergence of Atiku Abubakar as the PDP Presidential Candidate, still went ahead to organise marabouts and alfas with multiple sacrifices at his NTS hotel, Ado Ekiti, in his desperate bid to become Atiku’s Vice Presidential candidate.
‘In all these, where is Fayose fighting for Wike? It is clear that Fayose is playing to the gallery trying to fight his way back from political wilderness, using the status of Gov Wike as decoy.
‘This is a very poor strategy, rather it’s advisable and recommended that Fayose should seek restitution, and total forgiveness from God and Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, instead of trying to hide under the pretense of advocating on Wike’s behalf.
‘Moreso, Fayose, a Presidential aspirant, who never stepped down for Wike during the contest, and hence contributed nothing to boost Wike’s chances at the last Presidential conventtion, cannot lay claim to helping Wike in whatever circumstances..
‘Enough of all crocodile tears and deceits for monetary rewards, Mr Adedara added.
