Ondo 2024 : Prince Adejuwon Adebanjo Leads APC USA to Canvass Votes for Gov Lucky Aiyedatiwa in Ijare Zone
Prince Adejuwon Adebanjo(Double Prince), a key member of the Ondo 2024 Campaign Council and menber of the Special Interest Groups (Diaspora), yesterday led a strategic meeting in Ijare Town to drum up support for His Excellency Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa ahead of the November 16 elections.
During the gathering, Prince Adejuwon met with unit heads, youth leaders, women leaders, and party members of the APC Ijare Zone, urging them to mobilize and vote massively for Gov Aiyedatiwa. He expressed confidence in the APC’s victory, emphasizing the importance of every vote and promising that the governor would reciprocate with the dividends of democracy.
“APC will win this forthcoming election, but we all need to come out, mobilize, and vote in full,” he stated. He also charged the leaders to ensure they monitor and protect their votes.
Dr. Mrs. Yinka Olajide, representing the APC USA, conveyed greetings from Hon. Justice Dele Alade, Chairman BOT APC USA and Chairman APC USA Prof. Olabinjo. He acknowledged She encouraged the attendees to vote for the APC, educating them on how to avoid void votes and stressing the importance of maintaining a peaceful voting process despite potential provocations from the opposition.
Hon. (Eng) Favour, Ijare LCDA Chairman, expressed his gratitude for the massive turnout and appreciated the support from APC USA . He acknowledged the existing strong relationship between Gov Aiyedatiwa and the Ijare community, highlighting the governor’s commitment to addressing their needs, including infrastructure, human development, health, and roads.
Hon (Olori) Damilola Oluyide SA Mobilisation To Mr Governor who was also present at the gathering applauded the people for their resilience and their loyalty to the party. She assured them that their message and expectations will be conveyed to Mr Governor who is a listening father and will see to their plights. See admonished them to vote en mass for APC and Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa come November 16.
Princess Folashade, Chairman of the Ondo State Agency for the Welfare of Persons with Disabilities, urged the community to ensure that persons with disabilities are not disenfranchised and are assisted in exercising their voting rights. She called for massive support for Gov Aiyedatiwa from Ijare Town.
The meeting concluded with the distribution of cash and food items from APC USA members.
