A brilliant Nigerian man named Nicholas Ikechukwu who emerged as the best graduating student of a Nigerian University has won a full scholarship worth 600,000 dollars to study for his PhD in the United States.
Nicholas won the overall best-graduating student of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture (MOUA), Eastern Nigeria after he earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering with a remarkable 4.90 over a 5.00 cumulative grade point average.
He shared his achievement of winning a full scholarship to study for a doctorate degree in the United States highlighting all of his accomplishments from when he began his undergraduate and all his academic achievements.
Aside from winning the overall best-graduating student of his set in 2021, Nicholas was also the best-graduating student of MOUA’s College and Department of Engineering.
He said he earned a world class opportunity with just his Bachelor of Engineering degree. He won a fully-funded PhD scholarship with a funding package of 600,000 dollars to study at Boston University in Massachusetts, United States.
”I have received a golden opportunity to advance my education and research competence at a world-class institution, Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts, USA; backed by a funding/scholarship package of nearly $600k,” he said.
