After leaving the Bank that year, it is unbelievable to think a young man who had tasted huge digits too early in life could yet survive & swim outside the seaming water of comfort 😳
But faith kept me going. One of the many experiences I like to share is the manner I handled my professional career as a Bank officer turned classroom teacher and thereafter a legal practitioner.
Each time I woke up after leaving the Bank, I spare time reading some books in my library. Of course, I knew the 12th & 24th salary alert no longer comes, but I yet encouraged myself with the change in status. I will usually pick my suitcase to laundry, believing that I would someday return to study Law.
The number of times denied @ AAUA was enough for me to give up, and eventually I lost out when challenging Prof. Mimiko on certain issues bothering on Humanity. So I had to pick my self up each time I stumbled.
Not until Unilag considered me to study Law that I realized the potential benefits of Faith
