It was momentous occasion for Dr Abiola Oshodi, the All Peoples Congress, APC ,leading aspirant for the Owo/Ose Federal Constituency and his teeming supporters as he got a clean sheet of bill regarding the screening of aspirants in the forthcoming primary election from the party’s , Primary Election Screening Committee
While fielding questions from the press after the screening, Dr Oshodi said “what I saw during the screening exercise was a pointer to the effect that our great party, the APC means business of conducting a free, fair and credible primary election”.

He asserted further that ‘if the process is allowed to continue like this, victory is sure for us- for me as an aspirant, for our great party and our country Nigeria.”

With this successful screening , we had started well and I am confident we will also finish well, said Dr Oshodi who promised to unleash his programs immediately if elected-“if given the mandate to represent Owo/Ose Federal Constituency, I assure each and every member of my constituents ,young, old and party that i will never let them down”.

He therefore used the opportunity to admonish the statutory and elected delegates to vote for a round peg in a round hole like me who can truly represent the constituency at the strategic legislative body- the House of Representatives.

Dr Oshodi used the opportunity to thank the leader of the party and the Governor of the State, Arakurin Oluortimi Odunayo Akeredolu ,SAN for again reaffirming his readiness to provide a level playing field for all the aspirants.

He charged the delegates to see him as a total departure from poor representation and inaccessibility that are prevails currently in the Owo/Ose federal constituency- “ I would not promise to build bridge where there is no river. My words shall remain my bond. I am ready to serve, please, send me’ he beseeched the delegates.”
