The two main reasons behind the recent attack on Davido by Wizkid.
1. Tony Elumelu terminated Wizkid’s contract as UBA ambassador and replaced him with Davido.
Tony took Davido to New York to perform for the recent UBA anniversary, Davido was paid over $1million for the show which ordinarily it was Wizkid, that was meant to perform, but his recent lifestyles did this to him.
2. Puma also terminated Wizkid’s contracts and replaced him with Davido, on the ground that Davido is more popular, especially in the United States than Wizkid and also that Wizkid has not released any hit song, in the last four years.
I understand that it’s painful to lose multimillion deals like these, but Wizkid need to work on himself, reduce his pride and work on himself for greater improvement.
Wizkid said Puma no longer has money to pay him, meanwhile Puma is worth over $6.2billion.
Davido has displayed maturity, by not responding to Wizkid’s continuous attacks and abuses.
