Owo leaders Attests, Describes Abiola Oshodi As a Good and Marketable Product
A croos section of political gladiators in the ancient town of Owo have continued pitch their tents with the leading aspirant for Owo/Ose Federal Constituency,Dr Abiola Oshodi under the banner of All Progressive Congress.
According to them,Oshodi even before he delved into partisan politics,had bettered lots of lives with his foundation,Abiola Oshodi Foundation.
They stated further that his candidacy is more or less like a good product that requires little or no advertisement for it to sell. Having been doing a lot of good to keep the youths out the streets,they said they nurse no iota of doubt that should he emerge as the member representing this federal constituency,the lost glories of the people will be easily restored.
They reasoned that the present occupier of the seat is now reaching out because of his second term term ambition. Having abandoned the people for over 3 years,they said,they will not make themselves available to be hoodwinked and cajoled again. Once beaten,they affirmed,twice shy.
They urged the party leadership to stick to the tenets of the party’s constitution as well as that of Mr President who on several occasions has always pitched its tent with the choice of party members by allowing a level playing ground for all the aspirants. They cautioned that Mr Governor,being a product of restricted imposition in 2016, is only being misled by his self serving appointees. Mr Governor as they posited,is a man of his words who will not for any reason(s) throw the party into disarray especially now that the general election is around they the corner.
They therefore used this opportunity to appeal to the delegates in both local governments to vote wisely by voting for Dr Abiola Oshodi,a man they believe can turn the tables for the good of all
The leaders who for reasons best known to them are hiding their identities said at the appropriate time,they shall come out to denounce imposition and dictatorship in the party they sweated to birth.
