Dr. Adeniran Oyabade, A United States Citizen and former US Military Service member who was physically present in Nigeria during the Edo Election and witnessed the conducts of the election unlike the US ambassador who was not at any of the polling units or local governments in Edo State has charged the US ambassador to desist from taking sides in any Nigeria Election.

Oyebade in a statement released to Newsmen cited the stand of US ambassador on the just concluded Edo Governorship election as bias and unpatriotic for regarding the election as a peaceful one, an election that the level of fraudulent actions were obvious for blinds to see.

According to him, I want to remind the US ambassador of Section 203(a) of the No FEAR Act which requires ALL Federal Agencies to submit to US Congress, the US Attorney General, and the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission an annual report on discrimination, whistleblower, and retaliation complaints as well as practical knowledge gained through experience not later than 180 days after the end of each fiscal year. The transparency requirements of the No FEAR Act is none negotiable. Edo Election was no where close to a credible or free and fair election. I expect he would not make the same mistake of issuing statement on the upcoming Ondo Election which we all know it will be rigged just like the Edo election was rigged.

We all know the Ondo election will be rigged to favor Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa being the current incumbent Governor and Candidate of the APC who emerged by way of Fraudulent Primary election that threw the states into CHAOS on April 20, 2024. The same fraudulent governor was the chairman of the Edo Election for the APC which the US Ambassador wrongfully claimed was free and fair or peaceful.

Nigerian elections are marred by violence and fraudulent practices devoid of any iota of credibility, hence, it becomes so difficult for me to see the US ambassador commemding such a dirty process, Dr Oyebade said.

A U.S. Ambassador cannot lend credit to such elections without facts and accuracy of data from no credible sources, The United States Congress worked with a few notable NGOs specifically charged with the responsibility of reporting on Nigerian Elections generally such agencies includes the National Democratic Institute, NDI and the International Republican Institute, IRI.Information and data from these agencies are generally acceptable and believed to be credible by the U.S Congress not random comment by US Ambassador without facts and figures or data or an eye witness account by him.

It is unacceptable, he cannot call such election peacefull where there was clear difference between people’s actual vote counts on iRev server and what was announced. Similarly why was the collation of results relocated to INEC headquarters and later paused? These are all unlawful conducts that violates the INEC rules and the avenue employed to rigged the election. We all know the election was rigged and there are no credible, free and fair elections in NIGERIA so he should stay clear or Nigerian Election if he still wants to keep his job otherwise I will Wales into congress and submit a formal complaint against him then asked that he be recalled for meddling into fraudulent elections in Nigeria šŸ‡³šŸ‡¬.

Dr. Adeniran Oyebade, an ally of President Barack Obama and President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris as well as Numerous Congressmen in the United States šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø speaking at his home in North Potomac, Maryland on Sunday 29th September via a telephone interview reiterated that the United States šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø is not known to meddling in or supporting any political parties in her election peacekeeping missions all over the world, so an agent or representative of the United States cannot do so. This warning will cautioned the ambassador to be guided in commenting on Nigerian elections generally without facts and figures from the appropriate reporting

Linking up with Ondo Election, Dr Oyebade expresses on the need for the US ambassador to approach in a different way, According to him, Ondo State election is coming up in less than 7 weeks and o want to use the Edo Election as deterrent to him to cease and desists commenting on Nigeria elections as he lack the authority to do so. agencies approved by US Congress

Dr. Oyebade worked in the White House under the Barack Obama Administration as an Advisor in the Office of Management & Budgets- The Executive Office of the President of the United States and understand perfectly the United States roles in peacekeeping all over the world. The US does not get involved in the conducts of any election anywhere in the world but relies on credible agencies reports and data to make proper assessment before issuing statement.

I want to believe that the ambassador’s words were twisted to meant he supported the rigging and fraudulent conducts of the Edo Election when he actually was commending the people of Edo State for not engaging in violence despite their displeasure on the outcomes or conducts of the election by inec, Dr Oyebade expressed.
