Amb. Obanoyen Abiola Adidas Joined other notable Nigerians to discuss the topical issue of Sustainable Development at a program tagged “Owo Youth Submit”, organized by the Office of the transition committee Vice Chairman, Owo Local Government Area, Hon. Wole Olugbode
It was an august event which brought together Youth stakeholders and Leaders from nooks and crannies of Owo Local Government Area.
The event which was graced by important personalities featured thought-provoking discussions from the Speakers. Similarly, the audience shared perspectives which were of great values and also ignited collective insight on required solutions to our plights and challenges as productive sector of our economy
The event had in attendance, Kabiyesi Oba Ebenezer Adewunmi Ogunmolasuyi II, The Olupenmen of Upenmen Land, The Minister of State for Youth Development, Mr. Musa Toyib-Omoloja, Chief Alex Ajipe and other Speakers who all impacted the Youth demography with their strong statements on the Topical issues of discuss.
Amb. Obanoyen (Adidas) who Commended the organizer of the event, Hon. Oluwole Olugbode, The Vice Chairman, Owo Local Government Transition Committee for the beautiful initiative, also highlighted his position on the need for self-discovery and self-development towards achieving Community Development.
He encouraged the Youth and made strong recommendations on the need for skill acquisition beyond the conventional western Education in order to be self-reliance.
His Royal Majesty, Kabiyesi Oba Adewumi Ogunmolasuyi II, The Olupenmen Of Upemen, The Representative of the Minister of State for youth development, Mr. Musa Toyib-Omoloja, The Representative of Alex Ajipe, and other Speakers who spoke at the Event, emphasized on the significance of Youth participation in Agriculture, Youth involvement in politics, Self-reorientation and mentorship for sustainable development.
The event also featured beautiful musical presentations from St. Lious Owo Cultural Troupe, and a training session from Dlight Solar company.
