The achievements of good governance is always embedded on prepare-minded political actor, who envisage better leadership scenarios, tasking out solutions to various challenges, drafting probable ideas on issues rooting in the society he wishes to govern before mounting such position even as time tarries.
It’s on this little established premises that the present administration which birthed Hon. Chief Emmanuel Ajah (Dike 1), executive chairman ivo LGA stand to make a difference in the history of local government leadership in ivo LGA, thus breaking various records in his own grassroot styles of operation. No doubt, the limelight of this administration continues glaring in high intense of optimism, revealing greater and positive expectations each day.
As a means of social Contribution in minimising poverty ratios in ivo LGA, standardising livelihood to bearest three (3) Square meals to low income families, the executive chairman has again stepped as a saviour to many through “historical wonders” of employments, empowerments and artistic opportunities offered to people of ivo LG indigenes. - Empowering over seventy (70) motorcycles to various individuals separately (a) Security movement (b)personal charters or businesses etc)
- Created over 75% Jobs and personnel offices in the local government and duly employed
- 1st executive chairman to duly and fully paid his personnel officers (SA’s PA’s, Cleaners, other) minimum wages, add on and office incentives
- Singlehandedly assigned numerous numbers of ivo indigenes in to artistic works
- Monitoring and evaluating the growths of artisans in ivo LGA
Statistically, the present administration has obviously reshaped and opened the content of “What executive chairman of local government can do” specially to people at the local level. And the pragmatic dispositions of Hon.Chief Emmanuel Ajah (Dike 1) can be set as an exemplary way of leading.
