2024 Children’s Day : it’s Another Ecstatic Season to celebrate our Children – Chief Adekunle Emmanuel
A Canadian based and Owo Indigene, Chief Taiwo Adekunle Emmanuel has Congratulated Nigerian children home and diaspora on the 2024 edition of the children day celebration.
Describing the children day in a statement released to our heritage reporter on Monday morning, chief Adekunle said it’s an ecstatic season to celebrate the children again.
According to him, The annual children’s day celebration is an occasion to celebrate the children and reassure them of our love and support.
Childhood is a phase in the developmental process of any individual. An adult today was once a child yesterday or yesteryears.
As individuals with various means and capacities, let us use the occasion of today to rededicate ourselves to the protection of our children.
I am specially dedicating this day to all the children in various orphanages whose parents are not alive to nurture and care for them, Children who have been victims of insecurity in one form or the other and to those who suffer from one form of disability or the other.
I identify with you and I pray that God will equip us to protect, provide and prepare you for the future.
I want to use this medium to call on government at all levels from local government to the federal level to create an agency for care of the orphans, children with disabilities and children who are victims of insecurity or other related constraints.
Congratulations to our children, may the God Lord keep you safe to celebrate more years in a pleasant state of mind
