The former P.A to commissioner for Information and State Orientation Orientation, Ebonyi State who also double as one of the elders Council/Adviser Akubaraoha Youth Assembly, ivo Local government, Comrade Egu Richard has revealed the type of president Nigeria as a Nation needs in 2023, Comrade Egu Richard in his interview with one of the correspondents of our heritage reporter Nigeria explained why South Easterners and Nigeria at Large home and Diaspora should rally round support for Chief David Umahi to be the next Nigeria President.
According to Comrade Egu Richard, what More Can you say about the person that have been in the polity of a Nation, Chief David Umahi have every Experience Needed to take Nigeria back to his glorious days, he has been the deputy chiarman of South East PDP, likewise, he served as Deputy Governor for 8 good years and he is currently serving as the Governor of Ebonyi State a two term Governor without an iota of stain on him.
He posses everything that it takes to rule Nigeria as a Nation,he has the knowledge of what can move Nigeria forward,he is not a novice in the game of politics,the experience is there, and he has all it takes economically and administratively to make things work in Nigeria especially been an Engineer and a technocrat.
Giving Chief David Umahi the opportunity to rule Nigeria is like giving matoo to a devine and defined agent, as it is in the present day Nigeria, the Country needs an individual to work on smooth sense of cohabitation and unity, economic rejuvenation and infrastructural developments, with H.E David Umahi the needs of the Nation can be easily achieved. Engr. David has the interest of every Nigeria on his heart irrespective of the strata, religion, ethnic or political line, and he is ready to serve if the support is available for him.
Comrade Egu Richard also scores Chief David Umahi high on his initiate On Education, according to him, the Governor have done well in the king David university of Medical Science, like we have, the university is one of the best in Africa, sequel to the mindedness and the level of equipments in the university.
Many might come with different criticisms expecially from the angles of the opposition, and been a knowledgeable person he also appoint a worthy fellow to be in charge of the institution in person of Prof. jesse Uneke, a man of Excellence with waiter knowledge to lead the university to a dream state.
For the interest of the good people of Ebonyi, was the major reason behind the establishment of the university, he want to change the narratives of Ebonyi state and the narratives of the south east at large.
South east never had it good in this way before, Governor Umahi is putting in all effort to push the region forward,it’s my advise for all “Ndi ibos” home and disapora to join hands with Governor Umahi.
Sometimes ago, Ebonyians are seen as people who don’t have interest in Education but today ,the story has changed, we now have college of Education, Polytechnic, university, primary and secondary schools in their numbers that are well equipped for learning process, as is presently we have a project ongoing in all public schools which is the establishment of staff quarters, for teachers to be based in the school in order to have enough time to give the students the best.
Governor Umahi is an individual who loves and value Education, and currently the Ebonyi state Government is recruiting 5000 teachers for public schools, this is to show the level at wish the Governor’s cherish Education, he is putting in resources to out Ebonyi state as cynosure for other States, as matter of fact there is an index of recent to show the performance of states in the south after Rivers State Ebonyi State stands as second, even with meagre resources it was achieved.
The governor needs our support to rule Nigeria, he is ably ready to make the south east proud In Aso Rock.
Comrade Egu Richard in his message pleaded that the killings in south must end now, in his reaction he said, i advise that we bring and end to all the ravaging killing of people and destruction of properties in the south east in the Name of IPOB, instead of secession we can join hands together and make a proud son of the soil in person of Chief David Umahi to rule Nigeria.
I believe that this people killing are not real IPOB, IPOB that I know are real agitators they are not hooligans as we see many people does in the recent time. there is definitely a manipulators, and many of us needs to build up ourselves instead of opting for segregation.
What is good for one should be good for all of us, therefore I am urging all south easterners to distance themselves from this machineries causing problems in the South East.
