Just In : Abuja ‘Big Boy’ John Iyon Nabbed For Alleged Kidnapping In Bayelsa
An Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, based ‘Big Boy,’ John Iyon has been handcuffed and paraded partly naked by persons believed to be security operatives over allegations that he was involved in serial kidnapping and reign of terror in Bayelsa State in Southsouth geopolitical zone of Nigeria.
It is not yet clear when the arrest and handcuffing of the ‘Big Boy’ occurred but a trending video shows him begging for mercy and forgiveness, saying his wife had just been delivered of a new baby boy and needed to be with them but a voice of one claiming to be his victim, could be heard from the background telling Iyon to shut his mouth.
The said victim recalled that he could identify Iyon as he was the one always sitting on a chair and tilting his face a bit away from full view while others negotiated the terms for setting captive(s) free.
The accusers also cited Danjuma as one of the victims of John Iyon and his gang, but amid tears, he denied knowledge of what he was being accused of, saying he did not take part in any kidnapping Danjuma.
“Forgive me, make una forgive me, my wife just born sef, a boy,” Iyon said while crying to be shown mercy
