International Youth Day: Hon. Princess Miriam Onuoha Rejoices with Youths Globally
…….. REAFFIRMs HER UNALLOYED COMMITMENTS TO BETTER LIVES OF YOUTHS IN OKIGWE NORTH FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY.
The Lawmaker representing Okigwe North Federal constituency in the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Princess Miriam Onuoha has sent her goodwill message to all the youths nationwide on the occasion of the International Youth Day, celebrated today, 12th of August, 2022.
Hon. Princess Miriam stated that, the International Youth Day celebration is a day earmarked to recognize the remarkable roles youth played in the society, an occasion used to reactivate youth solidarity drive towards global development, also adding that she will not relent at ensuring that youths in Okigwe North have the best in human and capital development.
She opined that to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals(SDG), the world needs to leverage on the full potential of all generations, stressing that solidarity across generations is key for sustainable development.
She reminded us again of the United Nations objectives of the International Youth Day which is a yard stick to unified collaboration and foster successful and equitable intergenerational relations and partnerships to ensure “no one is left behind.”
Hon. Princess Miriam Onuoha called on the youths to be law abiding, and ensure that they’re focused on how best to add value to their lives.
Concluding, she used the opportunity to advised all not to see youths of this nation as agent of destructions but future leaders to build a great nation where peace and unity will reign supreme.
